Data safety

Processing of any personal data is carried out in accordance with the principles of the Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR 2018. No personal data will be shared with a third party without obtaining consent, unless a request meets an exemption criteria as set out in the DPA or GDPR, such as a criminal investigation.

All of your data is held safely and securely and, as per legal requirement, I am registered with the Information Commissioner's Office.

I am a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy and I abide by their Code of Ethical Conduct and Performance.
